Budding online bingo software provider World Bingo League Co. Inc. announced its acquisition of software and additional technology from Digital Bingo Network Inc. This equity only transaction was part of a letter of agreement between the two companies. In exchange for its acquisitions, World Bingo League issued 3.6 million of its shares to Digital Bingo Network Inc. and its shareholders.
